This weekend was the annual Fairfax County 4H fair at our local Frying Pan Park. I personally love everything about a fair. The rides, the food, the animals, all the people and fun. Every year this fair is in August and it's sweltering hot, and this year did not disappoint. Being 32 weeks prego in this heat is not that easy so we chose to go after dinner when it was a little bit cooler, a brisk 90 degrees ha. The Geary's joined us and despite the heat we had an awesome time. Austin was obsessed with the rides. This kid surprises me all the time, I honestly thought he might be a little timid at first, but no not Austin. He was a little too short for some of the rides so we repeated the cars, the train, and the carousel several times. I am a huge fan of rides like Austin so I look forward to getting on a few next year, but this year I just enjoyed stuffing my face with yummy fair food.
