This week we all said goodbye to Tommee. Tommee Tippee that is. For the past 11 months Austin and Tommee have been the best of buddies, but per the doctors request we gave up our good friend and moved on to sippy cups. It was bittersweet for me because it was a signal that my boy is getting older. Maybe I am just feeling emotional because he is turning 1 this week, but it all just seems to be moving so fast. Before I know it he will be walking and throwing toddler tantrums. Ahhh I am not ready! I suppose the transition was not as hard for Austin as it was for me. He has been drinking water from a sippy for awhile, so we just had to find a cup that we would drink milk from. Apparently each drink needs it's specific cup. Baby steps people ha! So today I will pack away Tommee until our next baby comes along. So long Tommee!
Makes me a little sad...he is growing up so fast...but more great times to come!!
