My Birthday Weekend

My birthday weekend was a whirlwind. We were here, there, and everywhere, but I like it that way. I started my day on Saturday with a massage at my favorite spa Spa Noa. It was pure heaven as usual. After the spa I rushed off to a friends bridal shower, and then off to celebrate my birthday with friends at my favorite restaurant Founding Farmers in DC. Maybe you have seen some of their food on the Food Network. Bacon lollies are to to die for! After dinner we headed off to the bar to watch some of the NCAA basketball games. It was an awesome day spent with great friends. The next day we headed off to Maryland to celebrate with family at my mom's house. Delicious meal. It's hard to believe that I am 31 now. 31! It feels like just yesterday I celebrated my 21st birthday at Jillians in downtown Raleigh. Although time is flying by I have to admit that this past year has been the greatest year of my life. I have my best friend as my husband, an adorable son, and wonderful family and friends. I really could not ask for more in a 31st birthday wish. I am a blessed girl.
