It's Not You, It's Me

I wanted to get a quick blog in because I am trying to remember every moment of these first few weeks. I say "quick" because I don't get very much down time these days. Little man has been fussy (gassy) and doesn't like to be put down during the day. Don't get me wrong I don't mind holding him, but it means that I don't get anything done. I mean nothing. If you have tried to call me lately you probably haven't reached me because I feel like every time I get on the phone Austin needs me. So that brings me to the title of my post. Please don't think I have forgotten about you if it takes me a few days to call back or I just text you. I will be back soon once I get Austin back on track and feeling better. I am trying to look at the positive side of the situation and this will only make mine and Austin's bond stronger. Hopefully by being there for him and making him feel better he will learn to trust his mama. Luckily the weather has been beautiful and we are enjoying walks everyday and it's a nice chance for me to get out of the house. Austin loves the outdoors! For now I will leave you with a sneak peek from Austin's newborn photo shoot. I can't wait to see the rest! I could stare at that face for hours.
