11 months of Landon

Oh my baby you are growing too fast.  Can it really be that you are turning 1 in just a few short weeks. Time goes by so quick, yet it seems like you have been here forever.  Everyday you turn more towards a toddler and less of a baby.  You are so interested in what your brother is doing and trying to keep up.  I think he is really enjoying the 11 month old Landon.  You all love to get on the floor and chase each other.  The squeals are so loud.  You are fast and you give your brother a run for his money when it comes to crawling.  Just a few days ago you started walking and you are getting better by the day.  Your dad  and I were making dinner in the kitchen when we turned around you were walking around the living room.  Unreal.  You can take about 5-10 steps at a time and then you usually sit down and start crawling.  Walking before a year old.  I knew it was coming, I am just not sure if I am prepared.

Lately you want to play with all of the big boy toys that Austin has like diggers, cars,  and trains.   You both also love to play in the toy kitchen, pretending to eat all of the food.  You are very messy cooks.  Speaking of food you are eating mostly everything that we eat.  You love to pick up the pieces and shovel it in as fast as you can.  Little piggy.  You are now at the stage where you want to be held.  I remember Austin was the same way around this age.  You crawl over to my legs and pull up and you will not settle for being ignored.  Of course you only want to be held for about a minute and then you are off again, but I will take it.  I love snuggling into your squishy little chubby body.  

Landon 11 month old stats:

25.5 lbs

8 teeth

Size 18- 24 months

2 naps, 7pm-6:15am (occasionally we get lucky and you make it until 6:45)

5 bottles a day.  Starting to transition in real milk.

3 meals.  2 snacks.

You can say Mama, Dada, Baba, Aust (Austin), Gaga, Moo (for a cow), Shoe

You love to clap when you are proud of yourself.

You wave hello and goodbye.
