My weekends on Bay Drive

Every other Thursday morning we have a cleaning lady who comes to the house. So every other Thursday after I drop Austin off at preschool, Landon and I usually drive around so he can sleep and I can explore our new area. I have discovered a lot of cute neighborhoods during my exploring, but today I decided to go a little bit further. Growing up my grandparents lived in Edgewater, MD which is right outside of Annapolis. We would go there pretty much every weekend and play on the beach behind their house, or go boating and eat crabs. We had the best time! When I was about 10 my grandparents decided to move to Florida after my Pappap had a massive heart attack. They needed to get away from the stress of his job. I never knew how special that house was and all of the memories until we could no longer go there anymore. It's funny because even to this day I still have dreams about that house. So today I decided to drive down to Bay Drive to see what the new owner had done to the place. It's funny how even though I couldn't drive when I used to go there, I knew exactly where is was going. Just as I suspected they had torn down the old house and built a pretty new house. I can't blame them, it was built in the 50's and needed some work, but we didn't care. Oh well, atleast I still have the memories.
