With 10.5 weeks left to go the eviction date has been set for October 2, 2012. Previously Dr. T wanted to induce me at 39 weeks due to the size of my previous baby, but I talked him into letting me wait until 40 weeks in hopes of me going into labor on my own. I am so happy to at least have the chance. If it doesn't work out and I need an induction so be it, but at least I gave my body time. Dr Tudder said the baby is head down. Yay! I asked if they ever go back up and he said usually not. Let's hope he likes hanging out upside down for the next few months. He hiccups a lot and I always feel them low so I was hoping he was in position. Austin was able to come to the appointment with me today so we both listened to the heartbeat of Ervy Dos. I was worried about how Austin would behave at the appointment since he is always so busy, but he was an angel (with the help of a lollipop and iPad). It's honestly pretty special to include him in the process.
Speaking of Austin he has become very attached to mommy lately. I am not sure if he notices my belly growing or if he just senses something is up. We have spent a lot of time together lately so I guess that could be it too. Whatever it is I don't mind. I am soaking up these last few weeks of him being my only baby.
How far along? 29 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: +21 lbs. Dr said I am right on track to stay between 25-35 lbs. My babies tend to get big at the end so we will see.
Maternity Clothes? All. The torpedo belly is forming. There is no hiding this thing!
Stretch Marks? No
Sleep? Waking up to pee about 4 times a night. 10:00pm - 6:30am
Best moment this week: Taking Austin to my appointment. Shopping for the baby's coming home outfit with Austin. Going to the pool with Jeff and Austin after work. I felt weightless and cool in the hot weather.
Food Cravings: Donuts..all kinds. Also Maryland Crabs. I am pretty much a vegetarian when pregnant, but I do love seafood.
Gender: Boy!
Belly Button in or out? Flat. Borderline out.
What I am looking forward to: Getting all of the bathroom renovation stuff out of the baby's room so I can start organizing and decorating.

I cant believe it is happening so soon! Enjoy these last weeks with your baby....he is such a sweetie and a snuggle bunny!
