My Little Clay Man

Yesterday morning I decided last minute to schedule a 3D ultrasound for my little man.  My mom was coming into town to spend time with us and Jeff would be home from work pretty early.  Luckily the office right down the street had an opening at 6:30.  So after dinner Jeff, my mom, Austin and I headed over to Bella Baby to get a glimpse of our newest family member.  Our little man was sleeping and apparently likes to use my placenta as a pillow with his hands under his head.  We tried to wake him up so that we could get a good front view, but no such luck.  We did get a few good profile shots though and the tech commented that he already has some chubby cheeks.  Of course he does!  I can't wait to kiss this sweet chubby baby's face.  Austin was very interested in what was going on and just kept saying "baby" as he looked at the screen and mommy laying on table.  It made it all seem pretty real.  My Austin is going to be a big brother very soon.
