34 Week Update

The past few days I have had pretty bad headaches and Tylenol was not doing the trick, so I called Dr T. and he wanted me to come in to rule out preeclampsia. So I went in today and it turns out that everything is fine. My blood pressure was 118/? which is perfectly normal and I didn't have any protein in my urine. Yay! I am such a busy body and I could not stand to be put on bed rest. While I was in there they also listened to Austin and his heart rate was fine and he also gave nurse Lori a few jabs when she was poking around. She said he must be ticklish ha. Lori also confirmed that he is still head down so hopefully he likes his new position. She did say that my left foot is always more swollen then my right foot because of that way he is laying mostly on one side. I am supposed to keep these club feet elevated, but it's so hard with so much to do. I am trying my best. Well thank God for good news and now we can enjoy the nice weather this weekend. Finally a break from the sweltering heat.

On a side note, Jeff and I have our birthing classes this weekend at the hospital. They are from 8am-12pm Saturday and Sunday so hopefully we pick up some good tips. They go over things like labor and delivery, breathing, breastfeeding, swaddling, and they also give you a tour of the maternity ward. I will let you know how it goes next week.
