Club Feet Didn't Stop Me!

Mexico has come and gone and I had an awesome time despite being 29 weeks prego and sober! I wore my lovely knee high compression socks on the plane and they helped with the swelling a little bit, but the heat and humidity still did a number on my flintstone looking footsies. Besides the swelling I felt great on the trip! It was the last big get away before Austin comes into the world and so we tried to make the most of it. The first few days we had awesome weather and this little prego enjoyed all of the free food and frozen virgin daiquiris by the pool. The hot spot at night was Andramada which was the discoteca at Aventura Spa Palace. I just made a brief appearance, but they were actually playing really good music so it was fun to watch everyone dancing. Jeff and I hit up the spa for a couples massage one day and I have to say it was pretty awesome. I am pretty particular about my pregnancy massages, and this lady was on point. Unfortunately Tropical Storm Alex arrived by Hillary and Lee's wedding day, but that didn't stop everyone from having a good time. The bride and groom looked amazing and it was great to be able to share in their big day. I can't wait to see all the Polaroids from that night! So from here on out I will be staying on land. Dr. T says no more plane rides after 32 weeks. I am ok with that because the little man will be here soon and then we can all travel together. Families with small children board the plane first...sounds good to me ;)
