It was finally here! After counting down all month it was finally Christmas Eve. The kids were so excited to go to Gaga and Pa's house to start the festivities. We headed over that afternoon and the kids had a ball playing with everyone, opening presents and eating yummy food. Gaga always has a ton of lights and decorations and its the perfect way to start the big holiday. That night we headed home to get everything ready for the next morning. The kids sprinkled reindeer food outside for the reindeer and put out cookies for santa. After they were in bed Santa and Mrs. Claus got to work. The kids woke up the next morning so excited and ready to go. We started with stockings and then headed downstairs. We started a new tradition this year where we each open one present at a time and take turns. It was nice to see how excited everyone was with each gift. Austin's favorite was the Lego Star Wars Star Destroyer that he asked for and Landon's favorite was his big toy chainsaw. Elle got a few toys and cute outfits as well and the boys were more then happy to help her open them. I think her favorite item were her Sit Me Up seat so she can watch her brothers run around. Gaga and Pa came over after presents and the boys couldn't wait to show them all of their new stuff. Jeff and I love all of the excitement of the morning.

After spending most of the day relaxing around the house, we packed up and headed over to Poppop and Mom Mom's house for more celebrating. Its always crazy and fun because there are now 9 kids 5 years old and under. Lindsay and Adam are moving to Florida soon so it was great to be able to spend some time with them.
A few days later we were off to New Jersey to see the Ervick side of the family. It was Elle's first trip to New Jersey and the first time she met her cousins Celie and Beau. She slept most of the car ride which was nice and once it was time for her to eat we stopped at a family favorite Friendlys. Once we got to NJ the kids we got to spend some time with the Vinciguerra's. We love seeing them and wish we could see them more often. The next day was spent with family, opening presents and eating yummy food. Traveling is never easy with 3 young kids but the memories make it worth it. Christmas 2015 was one we will always remember. Our first as a family of 5!

Always a beautiful time of year and SOOO much fun with these little crazy kids! LOVE the Friendly's video!!
