Well baby girl hit 6 weeks and all of the sudden she was a different baby. The reflux subsided and she didn't need her Zantac anymore. She is such a joy and hardly ever cries! Elle is about as chill as they get. She is happy to just hang out as long as she is with her family. She loves to watch her brothers and has started sitting in her Giraffe Sit Me Up seat so she can get a better view. She also loves to play on her play mat and bats the toys around. She is just starting to put some of the toys in her mouth. Elle is still just rolling from belly to back and has no desire to roll from back to belly. She is getting so much stronger at tummy time, but is still a little floppy when we carry her around. She LOVES to look at herself in the mirror and she also loves when people talk to her. She gets so excited and her whole face lights up when she smiles. Around 12 weeks we decided to try out Merlin's Magic Sleepsuit and it has truly been magic. She went from waking up 2-3 times a night to sleeping 12 hours straight! As we are nearing the 4 month sleep regression she will occasionally wake up once a night but I can deal with that. She loves her bottles and eats like a champ. She is probably 70% formula and 30% nursing as of 16 weeks. I would like to just get through the winter sickness and germs before we officially go to all formula. She is getting some delicious rolls and I just want to eat them up. Her brothers are still so enamored by her. I constantly catch them telling her how beautiful she is or that they love her outfit and I love it. I hope they always remain so close. Adding Elle to our family has been an amazing blessing. We all love her to the moon and back.
