Hollywood Studios has the Toy Story Mania ride which is very popular so I secured us a fast pass so we wouldn't have to wait in the 70 minute line. The ride was awesome! You are in a big video game with 3D glasses, but you are in a moving vehicle. We also got to meet Buzz Lightyear and Woody which was a big hit for the boys. Toy Story is the big movie in our house right now.
Next we were off to meeting Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc, another favorite for Austin. I was worried they would be scared to meet big monsters but they were just fine. My boys surprise me every day I tell you.
So when we were planning for the trip, all we heard is that Frozen is everywhere around Disney World and really it wasn't? Believe me we looked because my kids really like Frozen. Finally at Hollywood Studios we found a Frozen store and a really cool place where kid could play with real snow. Only Disney could make snow happen in Florida. It was like a big sandbox full of snow and the kids loved it.
After we headed back to the hotel for a little rest time we made our way back to the pool. The weather was perfect and we had to soak up a little more Florida sunshine before dinner.
We got a special treat for dinner, because my college roommate Shelly and her family came to visit us at Downtown Disney. I wish we had more time there because there were so many cool restaurants and shops. The huge Lego store was especially cool for the boys. It was the perfect end to the trip and always great to see an old friend and her family.
I can honestly say it was the trip of a lifetime. To experience it all through my little boys eyes was magical. All of the planning and preparation paid off and this trip is something we will never forget. We can't wait to do it again soon!
