Bethany Beach 2012

After a quick work trip to Vegas in the beginning of June I was so ready for a relaxing vacation at the beach with my family. Well as relaxing as you can get with two toddlers running around. My mom, Mark, sister Kelly, Mike, Jax, and the three of us headed to Bethany Beach for the week. We rented a beautiful 6 bedroom house just steps from the beach and we had a blast. We spent our days at the beach,the local park, and shopping. At night we walked to the Bethany boardwalk, went out to eat, picked up crabs, and watched movies. Austin had such a great time playing with Jax. They are finally both at the age where they can really interact. Of course Austin loved that he was the big boy and had to lead Jax all over the house showing him new tricks.
The last night we took Austin to the Rehobeth boardwalk where he went on his first amusement rides by himself. He was terrified at first so we started small with the carousel and by the end of the evening he was riding the fire trucks and boats all by himself. Big boy! It was an awesome trip and we look forward to many more with the boys in years to come.
