My stepsister Katie and her husband Tyler welcomed Declan Shawn McConnell into the world on November 3rd at 6:39pm. Declan was 8lbs 7oz of cuteness with a full head of dark hair. We got the chance to go visit them last weekend and they are doing so great. It's funny how fast you forget what it's like to have a newborn. Austin was so great with baby Declan and just kept going up to him and staring. Of course he had to try and take Declan's socks off because my hippie child doesn't like socks. I often think about what Austin will be like with our future children. I like to think he will be a good big brother one day. For now he will get a lot of practice with all of his cousins and friends. We are so excited for Austin's 3rd cousin. Congrats Katie and Tyler!
