4 and 5 Months of Elle

I wish I could keep you as a baby forever, because you are the sweetest thing.  We all absolutely adore you Ms Elle!  You are just happy to be here on earth and love to go with the flow.  God knew that is exactly what we needed in this family with three kids 5 and under.  At your 4 months appointment the doctor said you were right on track and she was impressed with how social and alert you are.   You love to just hang out and watch your brothers play.  You also found your voice and you can squeal with the best of them.  At four months you made your first plane ride and trip out of the country to Mexico.  You were the perfect travel companion.  For a few weeks you were watching us eat and very interested in food so around 5 months we started you on food.  The first few days you were not a fan at all, but now you love it!  So far you have tried bananas, squash, carrots, and pears.  You love to sit in your high chair at the table with us while we eat dinner.  Such a big girl!  Your chair is right between the boys and they just eat you up.  Speaking of sitting, you have just started to tripod sit and you are getting pretty good at it.  Of course Landon finds it hilarious when you topple over like an egg.  These past 5 months have been pretty awesome baby girl.  I go to bed every night thanking God for my three sweet babies.

• Elle's favorite things are the jumparoo, her playmate, watching her brothers play, being outside, and her sophie giraffe toy. 
• Food - squash, pears, carrots, bananas.  4 ounce bottles.  Mostly formula, but some breastmilk.
• Bottom two teeth came in at 5 months
• Sleeping about 11-12 hours at night with one wake up for a bottle.  She sleeps with her glow seahorse. 
• Thumb sucker
• Size 6 month clothes.
