EVERYTHING ERVICK: Lando Turns 2.5

My baby boy is 2.5 going on 3.5! They are times when he thinks he is so big and capable of everything and then there are times when he tells me he is the baby. He went in for his 2.5 year old doctor appointment and the doctor could't believe how much he talks. He was telling stories and answering all of her questions. He is one of the funniest guys I know. He has a great imagination for his age and loves to pretend like he is a "worker man". He is never empty handed and can't leave the house without some type of tool. You will really make his day if you call him Bob the Builder, which is his favorite show. He loves his brother and they spend all of their time together, when Austin is not at school. Landon is one tough cookie and can hang with Austin and his friends. He loves to be outside to play chase, climb on the playground, ride his bike, dig in the dirt or pretend like he is cutting trees down. As much as he likes to play with other kids, he also can play by himself and be perfectly happy. It's a great balance and a good quality to have in my opinion. I can't imagine a better fit for our family. He makes us laugh so much and keeps us on our toes everyday.

Landon at 2.5

Sings his ABCs, Bob the Builder theme song, Twinkle Twinkle, Old MacDonald, and Frosty the Snowman
Can count to 10.
Knows all of his animals and Ninja Turtles from his big brother. Working on Star Wars characters now.
Loves the iPad, especially Monkey Preschool and his Construction app
Favorite TV shows are Bob the Builder, Calliou, Toy Story, Big Hero 6.
Favorite toys are tools (especially in the garage with daddy), puzzles, magna tiles, and cars/trucks.
Landon is a pretty good eater. His favorites are sweet potatoes, edamame, mac and cheese, peanut butter on bananas, apple sauce, yogurt, cookies, and ice cream. He can be weird about certain textures like broccoli.
He goes to be around 7:45-8 and wakes up at 7-7:30. He normally naps from 1-3:30, but lately he is trying to fight us on naps. Hopefully it's just a phase. Still sleeping in a crib for now.
Wearing size 3T clothes and size 8/9 shoes. His hands and feet looks so big to me.
