Every year our neighborhood hosts an Easter Egg hunt for all of the children and this year we got to be a part of it. I wasn't sure if Austin would understand the concept, but he got it right away! He was in the 0-2 year old group so no one was too pushy and he got a chance to find 10 eggs. Each egg had candy in it which mommy and daddy happily ate for him. After the egg hunt Austin walked up and said hi to the Easter Bunny which was a feat in itself since he was terrified of Santa at Christmas. For the next hour or so Austin played with his friends on the playground and ate the yummy snacks they provided. Such a great way to start off the Easter holiday.
