Lunch Dates

Last week in my MOPS class we were talking about how important it is to have one on one time with your kids. One idea they mentioned was taking them out to eat. Just you and one of your kids so they feel special and you all can talk uninterrupted. Since we just have one kid this isn't very difficult and Austin and I go on lunch dates often. It's never anywhere fancy, but we have a good time and it's nice. Maybe as he gets older daddy will slip a few twenties in Austin's pocket and he will take me somewhere fancy! For now we will enjoy OUR time at Chick Fil A.
