I finally uploaded my pictures off my camera so this is a little delayed but so worthy of a post. This Christmas was so much different then last Christmas because Austin was actually into the presents! Although Santa wasn't a hit, ripping open wrapping paper was a huge hit! It all started Christmas Eve at my mom's house. We were joined by my sister's family and my grandparents. Jackson can crawl now so it was really cool to see him interact with Austin. We had a great time opening gifts and eating yummy food. The next morning we were up early to open more presents! My mom and Mark got us an iPad so that was a huge hit and something that the whole family could play with. Jeff and I decided to get each other iPhones so we are officially MACed out. I have to admit it is a whole other world but I love it!
Later that afternoon we headed to my dad's house in Annapolis to continue the celebration. Three of us now have kids so the house was packed with little rugrats. In a few years I think it will be pretty nuts. We had a lot of fun opening presents, eating a yummy dinner, and playing games.
The holidays are always such a blur of excitement. While it can be tiring, I wouldn't trade it.
