We have quickly realized that our neighborhood really gets into Halloween. Since I got home from Chicago I have noticed about half of the houses on our street are decked out with Halloween lights, cemetery plots, cob webs, huge spiders, witches, and caution tape. The kids love it! On top of that we have received two Halloween baskets filled with stuff on our doorstep. Apparently its a tradition every year to leave secret Halloween baskets filled with treats at 2 houses. It gets the kids all excited for Halloween and it's fun to guess who it's from. I guess I need to put together two baskets and decide who we want to give them to. Love this neighborhood. We have Austin's dinosaur costume all ready to go for the big night. Luckily we also have 2 Halloween birthday parties so he will really get use of his costume. The good news is that Austin isn't old enough to eat candy so guess who gets it all? Hehehe.
