Chop Chop

We all know Austin has wild and crazy hair.  I have been debating for awhile on whether or not to cut the rat tail and mohawk that was forming.  Of course to me he was still the cutest thing in the world.  I had promised Jeff that we would wait until his first birthday.  Well the other day Jeff commented that maybe the rat tail was getting a little long.  I took that as a sign it was time to get a haircut.  This morning we went to Cartoon Cuts in the mall and Austin got his first haircut.  They have televisions at every station and he got to hold the brush so he was happy as a clam.  I was worried he would be moving around everywhere but he stayed completely still.  I think the sound of the clippers and all of the commotion kept him intrigued.  I am not going to lie I got a little sad when I saw them put the clippers to his hair, but I just started filming and tried not to think too much about it.  She didn't cut much off and he looks like a little boy from the back.  The sides are still wild because there is only so much taming you can do for my wild man.  I think it fits his personality and he looks like one handsome little man.
