My first real Mothers Day. Of course last year I had Austin inside my belly, but this was my first one where I was able to hold my little man. It was such a nice and relaxing weekend. We spent the weekend playing outside, going out to eat, and mommy time at the spa ;) Yes mommy’s need a break sometimes too. Jeff and Austin sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and also a gift card to get a painting done of the family. I am so excited to get the painting done once we move into our new place. Being a mother has been the greatest and most rewarding challenge of my life. It has made me a better woman in so many ways. This little boy is more then I could have ever imagined! Austin, thank you for making me the mommy I was always meant to be.
Unfortunately I was not able to see my mom on Mothers Day. Austin had a stomach bug last week and the doctor said that it was not a good idea for Kelly to be around him while he was sick. We don’t want the little prego to get sick right before she delivers baby Jax! Thanks mom for showing Kelly and I what a mother is meant to look like. You are the best!
